CARD FOR FINAL DAY There was little improvement in the Weather in Christchurch yesterday Afternoon and the track will be very soft for the conclusion of the Grand National meeting. As a result a good many horses will be missing, but with the exception of the hurdle events there will be good sized fields. The following have fotm to recommend them:— Hunt Cup: Gay Boa, Hyderabad. DEATH OF MR A. I. RATTRAY (P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 15. The death is announced of Mr Andrew Innes Rattray, secretary of the Metropolitan Trotting Club. He had been in ill-health for some time. He had been a prominent figure in the trotting sport for many years past.
