Kasima Maru Sails For Japan

(Rec. 11.55) SYDNEY, Aug. 15. The Kasima Maru sailed to-day with 116 passengers, severing the last shipping link between Australia and Japan. The majority of the Japanese bushinessmen express deep regret at having to return home leaving behind all they possessed but what, they stood up in. One national, S. Fuse, said he had to thank Australia for giving him his wife, who happened to be a New Zealander. To-day was the fifth anniversary of their marriage.
