Ohai Miner Killed

(PA.) INVERCARGILL. June 17. About mid-day to-day Charles Hazeldine a miner employed in the Mount Linton Mine, Ohai, was killed by a fall of coal. He and a mate were working on pillar and head coal when without any Warning, about half a ton of coal fell from the “lift.” Hazeldlne received a fractured skull. His mate was untouched though standing just beside him. Hazeldlne is survived by an adult family.
