FALL FROM TRAIN
Man’s Lucky Escape (P.A.) TAUMARUNUI,, May 9. J. D. Moss, of Dannevirke, aged 52, fell from the Limited Express going north near Ongarue, about 4.30 this morning and broke an arm in three places. He landed to a ditch containing a foot of water and had a miraculous escape from death. He spent two hours wandering about in the dark and eventually found a farmhouse, the owner of which brought him to Taumarunui.
