* j | PINEAPPLE SNOW * * Take juice from small tin of * T pineapple and add enough boil- <• X mg water to make one pint of * X liquid. Dissolve a packet of * lemon jelly crystals in the liquid X 4* and let it stand till cold. When 4, T beginning to set add stiffly 4> X beaten yolks of two eggs and 4> X four tablespoons of sugar. Beat * * well with egg beater until it * 4> looks like snow. Add shredded X * pineapple. Put into a glass dish X X and serve with custard made « X from the yolks of two eggs. ❖
