NOTICE is hereby given that nominations to fill the vacancies will be received at the office of the Company, comer Madras and Hereford Streets, Christchurch, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Wednesday, September 4, 1940. The retiring members are eligible for nomination. Nomination forms may be obtained on application to the Returning Officer, United Wheatgrowers (N.Z.) Ltd., Box 1280, Christchurch. No person shall be eligible for election as a member of the Electoral Committee for any particular district unless he is a grower as defined in the Articles of Association and has been nominated in writing by at least two other growers residing in such Electoral District and has accepted I nomination in writing. | The Electors’ Roll for the districts concerned may be inspected at the office of the Company, corner Madras 1 and Hereford Streets, Christchurch. | Any grower who has 10 acres or more ' of wheat is eligible to vote and should apply to the office of the company for enrolment.
