What Polish Affidavits Reveal United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph-Copyright (Received November 21, 10.10 p.m ) PARIS, November 21. A Polish Government communique says that numerous affidavits from sanitary authorities reveal that the Germans used asphyxiating gas at Wilanow and phosgene during the siege of Warsaw, which caused many casualties. Nurses treated persons burned by mustard gas.
