WAR ON TREASON
BILL PASSES EIRE PARLIAMENT United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received February 24, 5.5 p.m.) DUBLIN, February 24 The Treason Bill passed its second reading by 79 votes to 10. Mr De Valera declared that no state in the world can depend on the good will of its citizens for maintenance of freedom. Force was always needed to safeguard liberty.
