ORANGE AND LEMON MOULD * One cup water, juice and rind ‘i; of two oranges and two lemons, * ;j; one dessertspoon gelatine, one t •|< cup sugar, 3 eggs. Boil water ❖ and rinds of oranges and lemons £ •:< for five minutes. Melt gelatine f g in the juice of the fruit and X | strain. Beat egg yolks with half ❖ the sugar and add to strained $ •J- liquid. Allow to cool. When cool f £ add stiffly beaten whites with X g remainder of sugar. Pour into >;• $ wet mould to set.
