PRISONERS SENTENCED Bv Telegraph - Press Association NEW PLYMOUTH, February 23 Prisoners sentenced at the Supreme Court to-day by Mr Justice .Reed were: Douglas Hamilton Jones, unlawful carnal knowledge, 12 months’ reformative detention. Wallace William Tyrell, indecent assault, three charges, six months’ hard labour. Archibald Andrew Charles Scott, breaking, entering and theft and entering with intent to commit a crime, two years’ imprisonment concurrent on each charge, and declared an habitual criminal for the third time. Robert White, failing to stop after a motor collision, probation for two years. His licence was cancelled for 12 months, and he was ordered to pay £5/10/6, the costs of the prosecution.
