ITALY SEEKING FRESH REVENUE United Press Association -Bj electric Telegraph - Copyright ROME, November 7. A capital levy of 74 per cent on the total capital is imposed on partnerships in private companies with gross earnings exceeding £llO annually. The revenue, which will be derived, is estimated at £13,300,000.
