REPLY TO EUROPE’S CHALLENGE Will Crush Stupid Japanese Russia Not Afraid Alleged Intrigues of Imperalists United Press Association—By saectrlo Telegraph—Copyright MOSCOW, November 7. M. Voroshiloff, in a speech at the commemoration of the anniversary of the revolution, threatened to “crush their stupid Japanese neighbours if they again ventured on provocation like Changkufeng.” He declared that the Munich Pact was leading to a new imperialist war. In the presence of German. Italian and Japanese mUitary attaches, I Voroshilov stated that Russia is net afraid cf any combination of Soviet enemies. To-day’s military parade was the greatest in Russia's history. Thousands of troops, in modern equipment, marched through the Square, followed by a gigantic civilian parade, in which 200,000 participated.
