BRITISH BUDGET
INCREASE IN REVENUE RECEIPTS British Official Wireless (Received March 31, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, March 30. The estimates for the revenue departments total £91,086,700 representing an increase of £3,962,325 over 1937. The totals for individual services are: Customs and excise £6,065,200; inland revenue £8,219,500; post office £76,802,000, being an increase of £3,574,000 over last year, of which salaries account for an increase of £1,573,600 and debt annuities an increase of £1,083,164.
