NEW RECORD TO TASMAN “GREYHOUND” FAST PASSAGE TO SYDNEY United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 11, 12.25 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 10. The Union Company's trans-Tasman passenger ship Awatea created a new record for a Tasman crossing from Wellington to Sydney when she arrived to-day. She took 59hrs llmins, breaking her own previous record of 60hrs 26mins.
