It is announced that James Jefferson, who was President of the United States from 1801 to 1809. will be pic* ,ured on the three cent stamp as pait of the stamp revision plan. This was an honour previously exclusively George Washington's. All deceased Presidents will appear in the new issue. Philatelists are crying out that it is extortion.
