MONTH WITHOUT CABINLa. KING MAY INTERVENE United Press association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright (Received November 23. 11.30 p.m.) LONDON, November 23. The Brussels correspondent of "The News Chronicle" says: Belgium has now been four weeks without a Cabinet. King Leopold last night in a further effort, summoned the Party leaders to the Palace, and is understood to have appealed to them to settle their disputes for the country's sake. It is reported in some quarters that if the deadlock continues, the King himself will nominate a Cabinet of non-Parliamentarians.
