HIGH TEA WINS HANDICAP By Telegraph—Press Association HAMILTON, November 22. The Waikato Racing Club’s spring meeting was concluded to-day in fine weather. The totalisator receipts were £39,903/10/-, against £29,358 on the second day last year. The increase for the meeting was £19,558. Results:—
