KING APPROVES OF CHANGES United Press Association —Bv Electric Telegraph-Copyright (Received May 5. 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, May 4. The Kjng has approved the changing of the colours of the mantles and ribands of the Order of the British Empire to rose-pink and pearl-grey; also to the alteration of the stars on the badges, to include the crowned effigies of George V and Queen Mary, In whose reign the Order was founded.
