ARAB CHALLENGE TO BRITAIN OPPOSED TO ZIONIST IDEAS NO LET-UP IN PRESENT CAMPAIGN United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received September 24, 9.15 p.m.) LONDON, September 23. An Arab politician told the Jerusalem correspondent of “The Daily Telegraph” that as long as Britain tolerates and encourages the Zionist idea, the Palestine Arabs must fight simultaneously both Zionism and Britain. He added that the Arabs are not fighting for a slight modification of bhe present mandate. “The Royal Commission may recommend the restriction of Jewish immigration and other concessions,” he added “but we are determined to end the British Government’s Zionist policy by a protracted political strike and continued guerilla war against the British forces.
