DROWNING FATALITY
IDENTITY ESTABLISHED By Telegraph—Press Association MASTERTON, September 24. It was definitely established to-day that the body of the man washed up on the beach near Cape Palliser on Tuesday was that of Cecil Ernest Latham, one of the victims of the double drowning fatality in Lake Onoke on July 5. Identity was established by the remains of clothing and a glass eye.
