OTIPUA
SOCIAL EVENINGS A dance was held in the Otipua Hall under the auspices of the Hall Committee. During the evening cards were held, the winners being: Women. Mrs J. Allen 1, Mrs J. McKenna 2. Men, Mr E. Rooney 1, Mr G. Ellem 2. Extras were supplied by Misses M. Evans and E. Arden. Mr W. H. Arden was M.C. The weekly euchre party in aid of the Pareora West School was very well patronised. The winners were: Women, Mrs J. Allen 1, Mrs R. Stewart 2. Men. Mr R. Stewart 1, Mr A. Godwin 2.
