GIRLS IN SHORTS
SHOULD BE WELCOMED IN CHURCH United Press Association - By Electric Telegrapb -Copvrlghi LONDON, August 30. Bishop W. G. Whittingham says that girls in cycling shorts should be as welcome in church as anybody. He adds that there is no reason why women should be required to wear hats at church if they do not desire. People behaving decently should be received courteously in any dress in which they can with decency be seen outside.
