AUSTRALIAN APPOINTMENT CONFIRMED \ United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 6, 5.5 p.m.) It is officially announced in St. John’s, Newfoundland, that Admiral Sir David Murray Anderson, Governor of Newfoundland, will be the next Governor of New South Wales. Lady Anderson founded the Personal Service League in Newfoundland, and has done much to relieve distress. Her London friends pay a tribute to the social genius and delightful personality of Lady Anderson, who gives of her energy and enthusiasm lavishly in social welfare work. Her brother, Mr Cecil Teschemaker, is en route to New Zealand by the Tamaroa, which left Southampton on November 1.
