FATAL COLLISION
WIDOW AWARDED £2500 DAMAGES By Telegraph—Press Association NEW PLYMOUTH, November 6. A jury to-day awarded the full amount claimed, £2500, in favour of Margaret Laura Carlyon against David Vincent Roguski for damages for the death of her husband as a result of a motor collision. Stanley Carlyon's motor-cycle struck the rear of Roguski’s lorry which was parked unlighted and nosed into the kerb. Mr Justice Reed agreed to defer entering judgment until further consideration had been given to non-suit points raised by counsel for the defence.
