FALL FROM BICYCLE By Telegraph Press Association GREYMOUTH. May 15. Stratford Smith, aged 38. married, suffered a fracture of the base of the skull this evening when he struck a pedestrian in Tainui Street and fell heavily from his bicycle. The injured man, who is employed by the Railway Department as a carpenter, was cycling home from work.
