GERMAN’S SLIGHT LAPSE RESULTS IN GAOL United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright MUNICH, May 13. August Baer of Nuremburg, was sentenced to a year’s imprisonment for possessing and reading a foreign newspaper. He allegedly quoted a Dutch newspaper report of the Reichstag fire during an argument in a beer shop.
