Sir Abe Bailey in a strongly-worded, lengthy letter to “The Daily Telegraph” says: “Germany lost her Colonies by the just verdict of the sword, the power which she imposed on prostrate Russia and Rumania, in the ruthless treaties of Brestlitovsk and Bucharest. Germany has no right to protest against the terms of the socalled dictated peace.”
