REGENTS DECREE
PARLIAMENT DISSOLVED IN JUGO-SLAVIA United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received February 7, 11 p.m.) BELGRADE, February 7. Prince Paul and the other Regents issued a decree dissolving Parliament. The new elections will be held on May 5, and the new Parliament will meet on June 3. The dissolution was made to secure a more democratic House.
