PASSENGER KILLED AND PILOT INJURED. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright PERTH, November 9. A passenger, Charles Pite, was killed, and the pilot, J. Miles, was injured, when a ’plane crashed at the Ord River, owing to the port engine cutting out. The ’plane, which belonged to the Mcßobertson Miller Aviation Company, was operating on the Ord River-Wynd-ham service, acting as a relief ’plane to the machine which crashed near Hall’s Creek earlier in the day, and in which Pite was also a passenger.
