APPEAL SUCCEEDS
NOTED ABORIGINAL RELEASED United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph —Copyright MELBOURNE, November 9. Tuckiar, the aboriginal who was sentenced to death at Darwin for the murder of Constable McColl, has been released on appeal by the High Court, vhich quashed the conviction. The Court expressed u hope that the luthorities would arrange tor Tuckiar’s eturn to his tribe in the far north.
