William Prince was charged at a later sitting of the court with keeping a common gaming house and pleaded not guilty. Chief-Detective Young said that accused had just been arrested, and he asked for a remand for a week. A remand was granted until November 16. bail being allowed in accused’s own recognisance of £SO.
