BREACHES ALLEGED By Telegraph Press Association DUNEDIN. November 9. In the Magistrate’s Court this afternoon before Mr H. W. Bundle S.M.. James Pearson was charged with keeping a common gaming house at Opoho. In asking for a remand. Chief-De-tective Young said that the accused had just been arrested at his house, and he desired a remand in order to place all the facts before the court. A remand was granted until Monday, bail being allowed in accused’s own surety of £SO. William Prince was charged at a later sitting of the court with keeping a common gaming house and pleaded not guilty. Chief-Detective Young said that accused had just been arrested, and he asked for a remand for a week. A remand was granted until November 16. bail being allowed in accused’s own recognisance of £SO.
