DIVORCE GRANTED
ANOTHER INVERCLYDE SUIT. United Press Association -By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, December 22. Lord Inverclyde has been granted a divorce with expenses against Paanakker. Lord Fleming, giving judgment, said the year after the marriage lady Inverclyde proposed that her husband should pay her £6OOO a year unconditionally. Solicitors advised that the i ropocal would be illegal. The matter ua* then dropped, but had a material teming on the case, for it had been demonstrated that within a year the parties were so estranged that Lady Inverclyde was contemplating the contingency, as she put it herself, of going off with another man, and endeavouring to secure pecuniary provision from her husband in the event of that happening. Mr Justice Fleming held that on one or more occasions Paonakker spent the whole of the night In her Hat. and so expressed the opinion that facts had proved relevant to her guilt. Mr Justice Fleming ordered Pannakker to pay Lord Inverclyde's c< sts. and f Iso recoup him for payments, on the ground that his conduct necessitated the action
