CHAMPIONSHIP AW ARDS. By Telegraph—Press Assoclatlo» INVERCARGILL, December 12. The Southland Metropolitan Agricultural and Pastoral Association’s summer show opened to-day in ideal weather. The entries are well maintained, and the quality of the stock is of the usual high standard, northern judges commenting in glowing terms on the quality of the sheep and cattle.
