ITALY’S DESIRE FOR AGREEMENTS. United Press Association—Bv Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, December 9 The Rome correspondent of the “Financial Times’’ states, referring to the Ottawa Agreements and the trade negotiations progressing among Italy. India and Auatraha, that Professor Asquini, Under-Secretary to the Ministry of Corporations, speaking at a meeting of the Committee on Foreign Trade, said that if negotiations did not reach a satisfactory conclusion in a reasonable time. Italy might have to consider whether she could continue to grant those countries the same treatment as was afforded Italy’s other traditional customers, such as the Argentine.
