RAMBLING FOR THE BLIND.
Loss of sight Is no longer, as formerly, the end of all things. During recent years blind men have been following professions, taking part In business and political life, boxing and playing cricket. The latest development In this direction Is a rambling club for the blind, which has been formed in Manchester. There are about 40 members, who meet once a fortnight. While the blind folk are accompanied b> sighted guides, they get along surprisingly well, even on rough hill path; And they thoroughly enjoy their outings. They are good walkers, and a 15 miles tramp Is child's ploy to them
