A Maori judgment debtor at Wanganui stated that he was dairying and had succeeded in reducing his mortgage to his local company at the rate ot 1200 per annum during the past two years. His original advance was £BSO and this had been reduced by neirly hall in spite of the fnct that the price ot butterfat has been low over tills period.
