F. 0.8. SALES

PROTEST AGAINST PROPOSED LIMITATION. By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, December 7. In the House of Representatives this afternoon, Mr P. A. de la Perrelle (C., Awarua), after drawing attention to representations by dairy factory companies protesting against any action by the Dairy Control Board in restricting f.o.b. sales and the new decision by the Board to limit such sales, asked whether the Government would, if it had not already statutory authority, provide that authority by legislation this session for a vote of dairy factory directors or shareholders before the Dairy Control Board be permitted to put into operation its decision. The Hon. C. E. Macmillan said that the arrangements would be made to dicuss the point with the Dairy Control Board.
