100 GUINEAS FOR RAM

CHAMPION CORRIDALE One hundred guineas was paid privately for the champion Corriedale ram exhibited at the Adelaide Royal Show recently, by the executors of the late J. R. Moodie, Hamilton Victoria. This was equal to the top price for Merino rams. The purchaser was Mr. S. H. Clutterbuck, Springwood Park, Mount Barker Road. “I have had some Corriedales for 18 months and have liked them so well that I decided to go for them more thoroughly, and obtain some of the best possible specimens,” said Mr. Clutterbuck. “I consider them to be a very fine dual-purpose sheep.’ ’
