The Rev. Dr. J. Kelly, formerly editor of the “New Zeal -nd Tablet,” has been appointed priest in charge of the Pungarehu-Okato district, which is being separated from Opunake and constituted a separate parish. Mr T. W. Mitchell, of Victoria, the holder of the New Zealand ski championship title, who visited Mt. Cook last season, is to represent Australia at the international ski meeting, to be held at Innsbruck, Austria, from February 6 to 13.
