DECLINE OF MEMBERSHIP IN BRITAIN. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received Sept. 28, 9.30 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 28. The annual report of the executive of the Labour Party, prepared for the conference at Leicester next week, shows a continuous decline in membership since 1920. The affiliated membership of the Party, including trade unions is, at present, 2,060,042, compared with 4,359,807 in 1920.
