JOSEPH BARUGH. By Telegraph -Press Association HAMILTON. April 11. Mr Joseph Barugh, one of the founders of the Auckland Farmers Freezing Coy, and the Farmers’ Cooperative Auctioneering Coy., of both of which he was chairman for a number of years, and one of the originators of the Farmers’ Union, died at Hamilton yesterday.
