LANCASHIRE SPINNERS AFFECTED. PRODUCTION CURTAILED. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright (Received April 10, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 9. The fine cotton spinners of Lancashire controlling 15,000,000 spindles, and employing 90,000 workers, have decided to curtail production 20 per cent., as recent price cutting has brought the rates to an unprofitable level.
