MANICURE HINTS.

After you have cleaned under the nails with an orange stick wrapped in cottonwool and wetted in cuticle remover, wipe under the nails again with dry cottonwool to remove the loosened cuticle and dirt. Don’t use creams or oils or nail white after you have applied the liquid polish. The reason for this is that even the slightest trace of gTease on the nails will prevent the liquid polish from adhering as well as it should, and may make it peel. Nails should also be absolutely dry, for moisture may turn the polish white. If your nails are ridged or eneven, however, you can buff them with powder polish for a few minutes to prepare an even surface for the varnish.
