CONCESSION FOR PARLIAMENTARY NEWS. By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, March 18. An adjustment of the telegraphic and postal ratefji announced by the Postmaster - Ger^fral. It has been decided by the Cabinet that during the Parliamentary Session the Press telegraphic limits, at concession rates, will be increased by 2000 words for morning and evening papers. It has further been decided that the postage on newspapers should be limited to Id up to 16oz, instead of Boz, as originally proposed. The Hon. J. B. Donald announced that the revised telegraphic rates would be effective as from last night, but he has yet to determine the effective date of the altered newspapers postage rates.
