MIDGET GOLF.
LATEST CRAZE IN ENGLAND. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, August 24. Midget golf threatens to sweep England as it is sweeping America. Preparations are afoot to erect courses at hotels, restaurants, dance halls, cinemas, business houses, on suburban lawns, and on roofs. The eighteenhole course, which has been laid at the Hotel Maidenhead, is movable indoors in the event of rain. The midget courses provide unbounded scope for originality.
