POLITICAL CRISIS IN GERMANY.
Decision Of Reichstag. RISK OF DISSOLUTION AVOIDED. (United Press Association—By SlectrU Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received April 4, 10.30 pjn.) BERLIN, April 4. The present risk of a dissolution by the Reichstag has been averted by Dr Bruening surviving a Socialist no-con-fidence by 252 votes to 187. This was due to the Nationalist’s eleventh hour support of. Government motion to assist depressed agriculture. There was a Socialist outburst against Dr Dugenberg, when he announced the Nationalist decision, which gives him the whip hand in the Reichstag.
