The Executive of the Miners’ International passed a resolution in favour Ot an International Conference for the unification of hours and conditions of labour in various countries, also endorsing the necessity for an international agreement, regarding the production and marketing of coal with the International Committee, including representatives of the coal owners miners, and various governments.
