Golden West, s.s., Auckland, Nov. 12. NOTES. Coastal Movements. After loading for Wellington and New Plymouth, the Totara sailed to Wellington direct last evening. Cargo for Wellington and Wanganui was lifted yesterday by the Calm. To load for the same ports, the Breeze and Gale are expected on Tuesday next, and the Calm on June 22. An arrival yesterday was the Waikouaiti, from Dunedin. After loading for Picton and Auckland, she sailed via Lyttelton. The call of the Poolta, to load for Westport and Greymouth, has been deferred till next Tuesday. The Kahika, scheduled to arrive last evening to load for Napier and Gisborne, is now set down to call to-day. The Paua, set down to arrive at Tlmaru toward the end of June, will discharge bulk oil. The Corinna, from Dunedin, via Oamaru, has been put back till Tuesday. She will take cargo for Wellington, Nelson and New Plymouth. The Kaimanawa, bringing Auckland cargo, should arrive about June 21, and the Wingatui next Tuesday. A message from Wellington states that the Acting Secretary of the Post and Telegraph Department has received the following advice by radio from Sydney: "Sydney Radio, 6.23 p.m.: The Warden headlight is not flashing correctly.” Overseas Shipping. The Golden State, bringing oil, lumber and general cargo, is scheduled to arrive from Wellington on Sunday. She will load return cargo for Pacific ports of America, and sail for Dunedin next Thursday. The Canadian Transporter arrived in Auckland on June 10, and is expected at Timaru to discharge general cargo, and to load wool and pelts for New York, Boston, Montreal and the United Kingdom on June 21. She will proceed the following day to Dunedin. The Canadian Conqueror sailed from Montreal on May 27 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin. She is expected here about July 20. The Ruapehu is expected to load at Timaru for London about Wednesday next. She will go hence to Wellington, sailing finally on June 25. With Home cargo for discharge, the Valacia is due at Timaru, from Bluff, next Thursday. She will proceed direct to Australian ports. The Cumberland sailed from Liverpool on May 11, and is scheduled to reach Auckland on Tuesday next. She is due here about the end of June. The Tainui, which leaves London on July 12, is loading direct cargo for Timaru. She should arrive about September 30. To load for England and the Continent, the Corinthic should arrive from Port Chalmers about June 20, sailing on June 21 for Lyttelton. She will depart from the Dominio non July 3. The Maimoa, from Port Chalmers, will load meat and general cargo at Timaru about June 22 for Home ports, and will proceed to Waikokopu, sailing finally from New Zealand about July 12. The Golden Coast is set down to arrive at Timaru on August 12 from Wellington. After discharging oil, lumber and general cargo, she will load for Pacific ports of America. The Surrey is scheduled to arrive at Timaru from Port Chalmers on July 10. After loading meat and general cargo, she will proceed to New Plymouth. The Port Auckland is expected from Bluff about June 21, to load at Timaru for London and West Coast of England ports. Cargo will be lifted at New York about June 20 by the Australia for New Zealand ports. She is scheduled to arrive at Timaru, from Lyttelton, about August 10. The Golden West is to load at Pacific coast ports of America during September, and will leave on October 1. She is due at Timaru on November .10. OVERSEAS.
