Butter pne large or several small timbale moulds and place a layer of vermicelli or spaghetti in the bottom. Mince the meat and mix with, tho bread crumbs, seasonings, and Lea & Perrins Sauce, stock, and egg. Fill up the moulds with this mixture, cover with greased paper, and steam for half an hour to one hour according to size Serve with brown sauce flavoured with Lea & Perrin’s and garnish with green peas.
