AUSTRALIA’S POLICY FAILS. (Australian Press Association —United Service.) SYDNEY, May 3. The Prime Minister. replying to foreign migration questions in the House of Representatives, said the Ministry’s policy had been to ensure racial purity, but that object was not' being realised, and consequently the Ministry was in negotiation witli certain Governments on the subject of further restrictions on migrants, the names whereof he was at present not disclosing.
